IT ALL STARTED BACK IN 2016…
I decided to take a gap year before college.
Like most people, my parents told me I needed to get a job to help produce income.
I loved my family and all, but that just didn’t sit well with me.
I wanted my freedom from having to work a 9-5. I wanted my own business.
So, I sought to become a web designer!
I took a course and eventually became certified!
I landed a gig as web designer and site manager for a local business! Life went on and I began to network with many local businesses, but I started to see a common theme….
Many small businesses and nonprofits needed websites, but didn’t have one because they felt they didn’t have the technical skills, design skills, time, or the budget to do so.
FAST FOWARD TO 2024!
HERE I AM BACK INTO WEB DESIGN!
After receiving training in Squarespace, I heard once again, from another source that many people need a website…but they don’t have the technical skills, design skills, the income, or the time to produce the website of their dreams.
That being said, I decided to create…
LAVINA WEB DESIGNS!
This business is intentionally designed to serve small business and non-profit owners who need a website, but feel they don’t have the time, income, technical or design skills to do it.
